Rich Flanagan: Owner
Rich has been a successful business owner for over 17 years with experience in commercial construction along with aviation. Along with being the owner of Gates Aviation, he is also part owner in Leading Edge Flight Training. He has his commercial pilot certificate and is a certified flight instructor, with over 1,400 hours total flight time and over 800 hours flight instruction.
Marty McCrea: General Manager
Marty received his associates degree in flight technology from Lane Community College in Oregon. He started his career with Combs Gates working in parts & sales and continued with that career for the past 30+ years. Because of his background, knowledge and experience, Marty excels in not only in aviation part knowledge, but in customer service as well. Marty is also a licensed commercial pilot.

York Keilnecker: IA Mechanic
York is an IA mechanic with his A&P license who recently received his certification in service and maintenance for Rotax engines. He has worked in aviation since 1985 and has experience with restoration and maintenance on YAK aircrafts used in Reno Air Races. He has also worked on WACO, Dehavaland aircrafts and all types of single and multi-engine, general aviation aircrafts. He enjoys working on fabric, composite and structural sheet metal on aircrafts.
